The legislative documents listed under roman numeral V above may be obtained in the following manner: House Document Room (202) 225-3456, in Room B18, House Annex 2, located at 2nd and D streets, SW, in Washington, D.C., across the street from Federal Center Southwest metro station. You may obtain a copy of the ADA, the House Committee reports, or the conference report by:

 

i) ordering them by document number (as listed above) over the telephone or;

 

ii) stopping by the document room to pick them up during their hours of 9-6, Monday through Friday.

You may obtain copies of the ADA, the Senate Committee report or the conference report by:

 

i) sending a written request identifying the document number you would like (as listed above) to:

or;

 

ii) stopping by the document room during their hours of 9-5:30, Monday through Friday.
